de esta carga de anchoveta. Quienes determinan las acciones legales de
emergencia, los del ejecutivo y quien
determina la recepción de la carga, Sector Privado. Con la única anuencia de dar parte a sus
superiores posteriormente. Pero la situación de emergencia esta salvada y sobre todo evitar las posibles pérdidas
humanas, no sé en qué contexto entra esta perdidas, pero ahí está. </div><div class="" style=""><o:p class="" style=""> </o:p></div><div class="" style="">En consecuencia Señor Melanio, como se trató de una emergencia
como Usted lo califica, esto debería de haberse solucionado a los diez minutos
de iniciada la reunión, y este tiempo es mucho lo considero yo, porque una emergencia tiene que tratarse como
tal. Estando reunidos los elementos que señalamos, y que van a dar solución a
la emergencia, no hay porque alarmarse.</div><div class="" style=""><o:p class="" style=""> </o:p></div><div class="" style="">Ahora si estos elementos, están impedidos en la toma de
