<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Un montón de veces me han
sugerido los amigos, no peles, no los chanques, porque
en algún momento los vas ha necesitar, Arturo puedan que tengan
algo de razón, sin embargo, no por el hecho que necesitemos de sus
conocimientos, vamos a tapar las sinvergüencerías o las alcahueterías de
ciertos profesionales de la pesca, eso tampoco... y que sirva de reflexión
a los amigos del Colegio de Ingenieros Pesqueros, existe un circulo cerrado
donde solamente se toma en cuenta a los que comparten el mismo pensamiento, o
porque diriges un gremio poderoso o porque eres de la misma universidad o del
mismo partido, al final cuando se juntan parece un “te de tias”, dejando de
lado su importante participación que deberían mostrar ante el sector pesquero. No
marcan posición y menos levantan su voz de protesta contra el caos que sucede
en la pesquería; sin embargo, como tu dices arturin, se la pasan la vida de
taller en taller o en conversatorios frívolos, pero cuando se les necesita para que den su opinión sobre
la falta de reglas claras y la actitud nefasta del gobierno sobre este sector,
se convierten en mismos shakiras sordos, ciegos y mudos, peor aún si se trata de enmendarle la plana a
la Sociedad Nacional de Pesquería…. En este numero de PERUPESQUERO ( junio), lamentablemente
por el tiempo no abordaremos como se hicieron algunos estudios de impacto
ambiental para ciertas empresas, pero en el próximo si lo haremos y detallaremos
de donde los copiaron y cuales fueron sus resultados, lógicamente negativos… Se que con este comentario saldrán a

<div dir="ltr">ROCÍO:<br><p align="left">Muy ciertas tus apreciaciones, empero lo último informado en casi 12 Meses, de parte del CIP-CDL; han sido una serie de Seminarios,Cursos y presentaciones-de las cuales alabo al Area de Acuicultura-pero el resto veo que son saludos a la bandera o ceremonias especiales para auto galardonarse entre nosotros mismos. Lo visible y cuestionable es que los galardones van a colegas que ejercen labor institucional en el CIP-CL , sin casi tomar en cuenta al resto de sus Agremiados que durante 24 horas al día tienen que "torear" los vericuetos de las situación práctica de nuestro menester como Ingenieros Pesqueros y Acuícolas; es decir en el campo: Plantas Pesqueras y Acuícolas.
