que la normativa prohíbe que pesquemos dentro de las cinco millas...contestó, que es un tema muy trillado y que no es verdad. Las estadísticas señalan un incremento brutal de la captura de anchoveta en el norte de Chile...en el sur nuestro, empresas paralizadas, con masiva desocupación.
