INICIAR LA PESCA DE ANCHOVETA EN LA REGIÓN NORTE-CENTRO<br>
El Instituto del Mar del Perú (Imarpe) presentó al Ministerio de la Producción
(Produce) su informe sobre la situación del stock norte y centro de la
anchoveta, recomendando mantener suspendida la extracción del recurso.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

de este año, reporta la presencia de condiciones ambientales anómalas, que se
han manifestado en la frecuente y reiterada presencia de grandes masas de agua
caliente (Ondas Kelvin) y en la entrada de aguas oceánicas cálidas, ambas muy
poco favorables para la anchoveta, cuyo hábitat son las aguas frías.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

estos factores climáticos y ambientales han impactado directamente en la
distribución del oxígeno y los nutrientes en el mar así como en la profundidad
de la termoclina.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

las Ondas Kelvin ha ocasionado un efecto acumulativo sobre las propiedades
oceanográficas del mar peruano, reduciendo la extensión del hábitat costero, la
fertilidad y afectando significativamente a la biomasa del fitoplancton.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

provocado una disminución importante de la biomasa de la anchoveta, por debajo
del stock registrado en los últimos años.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

previsible en el corto plazo tratándose de un fenómeno ambiental variable, ni
tampoco es atribuible a una probable sobreexplotación del recurso.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Imarpe recomendó mantener suspendida las actividades extractivas del recurso
anchoveta en la Región Norte – Centro, hasta la normalización de las
condiciones ambientales y la recuperación del stock.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

condiciones del mar, de alta variabilidad, Imarpe ha programado intensificar el
monitoreo de éstas condiciones ambientales, por lo cual en la última semana de
octubre, el Buque de Investigación Científica (BIC) Olaya, iniciará un nuevo crucero
de evaluación hidroacústica de recursos pelágicos, en la zona en cuestión y los
resultados serán informados a Produce.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

recurso pelágico, de talla pequeña (no más de 20 centímetros en su etapa
adulta), con una longevidad corta pudiendo llegar a vivir hasta tres años y se
distribuye por toda la costa del litoral, presentando una abundante biomasa y
un alto índice graso, que la convierte en el recurso clave del ecosistema
marino peruano.<br>

<span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;">Uno de los grandes culpables de esta depredacion
de la ANCHOVETA son desde el MINISTRO DE LA DESTRUCCIÓN Y TODOS SUS
FUNCIONARIOS INCLUIDO USTED Señor Quispe, porque a la falta de un experto y
especialista PROFESIONAL EN LA PESCA como asesor, no tienen a nadie quien
en rumbe la debacle en cuanto a las decisiones TECNICAS Y PROFESIONALES que lo
requieren, como por ejemplo: al emitir su informe IMARPE para la primera
temporada dice HAY UN STOCK DE 9,77 MILLONES DE ANCHOVETA COMO </span><font face="Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 16.8666667938232px;">POBLACIÓN</span></font><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;"> PARETAL, y recomienda que la cuota sea de 2,53 millones, pero a la interpretación científica y técnica del IMARPE como no hay un especialista la
ejecutan, y porque digo esto, como pueden aceptar la RECOMENDACION DEL IMARPE
si en su informe dicen claramente que el 69% se encuentran al estado juvenil, y
no detallan su estadio sexual, y que solamente el 2% es con presencia de estado
de adultez de 1.5 años de vida, y por ello lo mas sensato era una CUOTA SOCIAL
COMO LO EFECTUÓ LA MINISTRA TRIVEÑO, las consecuencias saltan a la vista, la
biomasa existente es de 1,45 millones de acuerdo al ultimo informe del IMARPE
del 3 de Octubre y ahora quien responde por las mas de 6 millones de biomasa de
ANCHOVETA que se han hecho humo, y lo peor aumentaron la tolerancia de 10 a 20%
de JUVENILES, alargaron por 10 </span><span style="font-size: 15px; line-height: 16.8666667938232px;">días</span><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 115%;"> mas de pesca la temporada, permitieron el
ingreso desde la milla 8 y la interrogante es que paso con la biomasa de 9,77
millones, y que ahora son solamente de 1,45 millones. SEÑORES ES EL MOMENTO QUE
