Sr. Roberto,
Si me permite un breve comentario al respecto de lo que trae del
Comercio a OANNES. En primer lugar alude al Supremo Hermano Mayor de los
Pescadores Artesanales, Jesucristo. Y de los que quisieran venir a él. Aquel que nos llamó a que estuviéramos con él
y nos sindico a dar las buenas nuevas de la salvación del Mundo, sencillamente
eso. Se nota que no sabe más de la historia. Sin embargo el perdono nuestras
ofensas y a los que lo ofenden; ahora ya es cuestión de Usted discernir eso. Si
Usted cree que el creador del Mundo no puede multiplicar los peces, pues siga
creyendo eso y si Usted si cree que puede multiplicar los peces también con una
acotación que mejor fuera así.
En segundo lugar Señora Marienella, no señala uno de los principales
motivos que Usted manifiesta en su anterior comentario, que es la presencia de
anchoveta juvenil; recalco juvenil. Y ahora que publica el comercio; obvia, no
lo dice, no lo señala, el término juvenil. Usted quiere pescarlo a diestra y
siniestra.
Bueno, por algo Usted y lo sindica también la Señora Marienella. (del
comercio) que es Presidente del Frente Nacional de la Pesca, y tiene que hacer
su trabajo de defender la pesca y continuar pescando. Sin embargo, permítame
señalarle a que su Presidencia, detenga sus redes y deje al IMARPE hacer
también su trabajo. Le aseguro que no se arrepentirá, pescará mayor cantidad y
de mayor talla y a si dará una buena administración a su patronal que defiende.
Por otro lado menciona a la acuicultura también en su anterior
comentario, le aconsejo que en ese rubro absténgase a comentar, porque es otro
tipo de pesquería y Usted no discierne a lo que nos conviene como maricultores,
y las temperaturas mayores nos favorece. Pero Usted se enfrasca en solo su
especie objetivo la anchoveta, así que nada bien le resulta su ignorancia manifiesta
al respecto.

De acuerdo a su reciente informe, la institución científica afirma que la biomasa resulta insuficiente al estimarla en 87% menos a la encontrada en el invierno del 2013.
El Instituto del Mar del Perú (Imarpe) recomendó al Ministerio de la Producción no abrir la temporada de pesca de anchoveta en el sur, como era lo esperado para los siguientes meses, debido a la insuficiente biomasa hallada en esa zona costera.
Tanto los industriales como otros actores de la actividad pesquera expresaron hace unos días su expectativa de que el sur se abra para compensar la no pesca en la zona centro-norte. Esta última zona tampoco se abriría por la reducción de biomasa como consecuencia del calentamiento del mar producto del fenómeno de El Niño.
El informe señala que la biomasa del sur, estimada al 15 de octubre, ascendió a 244.329 toneladas, 87% menor a la observada en el invierno del 2013. “Bajo estas condiciones de anomalías oceanográficas de bajo nivel de biomasa y de las probables perspectivas para los próximos meses del arribo de una nueva onda Kelvin, el Imarpe señala que la biomasa es insuficiente para poder recomendar un límite máximo total de captura permisible para la región sur”, explica el Imarpe. El informe da cuenta de la propagación y arribo en meses pasados de ondas Kelvin –bolsones de agua caliente– a la costa peruana con una frecuencia claramente mayor a la de años anteriores, situación que ha impactado en las propiedades oceanográficas del mar peruano. La institución también dijo que se ha programado una operación Eureka del 19 al 20 de noviembre, desde Talara hasta el extremo sur del país Perú. Para ello, explica que se ha convocado a
participar a los armadores industriales.
Un duro golpe
El presidente del Frente Nacional de la Pesca, Roberto Vieira, afirmó que este sería un duro golpe para el sector pesquero, el mismo que ya tuvo malos resultados en el primer semestre del año.
Sin embargo, puso en duda los resultados de Imarpe, pues explicó que desde hace un mes que los industriales de Chile vienen pescando con éxito en la zona norte de su país. Explicó que compartimos la misma biomasa con ese país y no se explicarían diferentes escenarios.

El desembarque en el sur en todo el 2014, alcanzó la cifra de 336.672 toneladas.
Centro-norte
La biomasa de anchoveta en la zona centro- norte alcanzó mínimos históricos de 1,4 millones de toneladas (usualmente se contabilizan arriba de 5 millones de toneladas), según el Imarpe. Eso haría imposible abrir la segunda temporada de pesca.
Pérdidas
Roberto Vieira dice que el sector dejará de percibir ingresos por US$1.200 millones de no abrirse una segunda temporada, que debería iniciarse en noviembre.
