Caballero es un ser humano sin causa, solo el ataque artero al forista en innumerables temas es motivo de sus incoherentes respuestas ó propuestas - si así se puede llamar a sus hilarantes lecciones de sabiduría TOTAL, digo total porque opina y propone de todo. Y eso seguro ya causa gracia y ya no es leído o consentido en este Foro por su responsable respuesta, sinó mas bien por sus pintorescas presentaciones.<br clear="none">Si Ud. va a hablar y insinuar que el robo de petróleo es menos serio que la contaminación, se pone al nivel de políticos descarados donde según ellos es váído : ROBAR PERO HACER OBRAS ó LA PLATA VIENE SOLA, no se como dirigirme a Ud. -a pesar de lo hermoso que es la democracia- a atenerse a temas que domina y si Ud. domina el tema de la contaminación marina por derrames de combustible, entonces pues Cachique ilustrenos en el tema de MARPOLy como se ha avanzado en mitigar este tema y no defienda a ladrones que roban petróleo (lo ubicado y comprobado son las 5,000 galones, PERO NO SABEMOS A CUANTO LLEGA ESE ROBO SISTEMÁTICO EN EL TIEMPO) Ó defienda a los Piratas del Mar que estan barriendo con todo en el mar territorial nuestro y a 85 Millas apoyados por personas como Ud. que no sabemos que defienden o que atacan, solo por protagonismo.<br clear="none"> <br clear="none">Eso no es justo y razonable Cachique. Si me permite un breve comentario sobre la entrevista a vuestra persona,
desde mi punto de vista, muy cuestionable sus declaraciones. Se asusta por desaparici�n de
cinco mil galones de petr�leo, y que pensar� Usted, sobre los decenas de millares de galones de
derrame de petr�leo que afectan nuestras aguas continentales, por ende los recursos hidrobiol�gicos del medio y a la poblaci�n amaz�nica.
Se aturde y enerba, por la cantidad de barcos pesqueros extranjeros que pescan dentro de nuestra doscientas
millas, pero tambi�n cuestiona al barco constituido con bandera peruana para analogos fines.
Se�or, por �ltimo en que quedamos, ni lo uno ni lo otro; pienso que debe de haber cierto equilibrio funcional coherente
en sus manifestaciones.
