1230 horas, don Otilio fue sacado en hombros de su casa en Yasila luego de 96
años de existencia. Durante el sepelio
se pudo comprobar la nutrida presencia de diversas autoridades políticas de
Piura, empresarios, pescadores, dirigentes gremiales, pueblo en general quienes
acompañaron el féretros por los caminos donde solía don Otilio visitar.<o:p class="" style=""></o:p></span></div><div class="" style="" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1429610976709_7571"><span style="font-size:16.0pt;line-height:115%" class="" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1429610976709_7570">El féretro fue
llevado por la playa arenosa de Yasila hasta la casa de la Marina como es
conocida; luego al Desembarcadero pesquero Artesanal donde se le rindió un homenaje
haciendo uso de la palabra autoridades políticas, empresarios, pescadores
y el representante de la Federación de Pescadores
del Perú; este último solicito a la Directora de PRODUCE Piura que el Actual
DPA de Yasila lleve su nombre, propuesta que fue bien recibida.<o:p class="" style=""></o:p></span></div><div class="" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1429610976709_7339" style=""><span style="font-size:16.0pt;line-height:115%" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1429610976709_7338" class="">Todos los
que intervinieron destacaron la gran trayectoria dirigencial de don Otilio, quien

ejemplo para la clase trabajadora del mar y esperamos que los nuevos dirigentes
