<p>Estimados amigos de la lista de OANNES, es cierto que el Cambio Climatico, el Calentamiento Global, o el Impacto Ambiental, como lo quieran llamar, es un problema de Oceanografías que se da origen en las profundidades del mar por los vulcanismos submarinos,
espero que esta vez el Dr. Dimitri Gutièrrez Aguilar, Director General del IMARPE exponga como se origina el Cambio Climatico.</p>
