<p>China.- El genoma del pez luna (<strong><em>Mola mola</em></strong>), el mayor pez óseo del mundo, ha sido secuenciado por científicos del China National Genebank en BGI-Shenzhen y A*STAR (Singapur). La investigación ha sido publicado en la revista GigaScience. El <strong>genoma</strong> del pez luna reveló varios genes alterados que podría explicar la rápida tasa de crecimiento y el gran tamaño del pez, así como su inusual endoesqueleto.</p>
