<p>En abril del año 2015, EUfishmeal participó en un taller sobre los desafíos del procesamiento de <strong>pescados y mariscos</strong> europeos. El taller fue organizado por COFASP (Cooperation in Fisheries, Aquaculture and Seafood Processing) y tuvo como objetivo el identificar las necesidades de investigación del procesamiento de pescados y mariscos y maximizar los impactos de la industria. Las discusiones de los participantes han sido incluido en un informe con otros casos de estudios.</p>

<p>EEUU.- La profesora Karin Pittman de la Universidad de Bergen (Noruega) recibirá el premio por la tecnología de <strong>mapeo de la mucosa</strong> a nombre de Quantidoc en el marco de la conferencia GOAL 2016 de la Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA) que se realizará el 22 de septiembre en China, donde ella brindará una presentación.</p>

<p>Guayaquil, Ecuador.- Aproximadamente 50 representantes del sector camaronero de las provincias de Guayas, Manabí, Esmeraldas, Santa Elena y El Oro, participaron de la primera mesa de <strong>camarón</strong> organizada por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca MAGAP. En el encuentro se  abordaron temas como la electrificación y tecnificación de <strong>camaroneras</strong>.</p>
