<p>Señor, Melanio no se sabe cuales son los intereses que lo inducen a considerar las 5 millas como un mito, con mucho respeto hago de su conocimiento que la experiencia de los años en la pesca en ciertos casos se contradice con la teoría de los profesionales,
hace muchos años los pescadores de consumo humano directo debido a la abundancia de especies en reproducción en la costa no teníamos la necesidad de salir fuera de las 30 millas, pero debido a la pesca indiscriminada desaparecen de la zona costera, la peladilla
y con ella diferentes especies que se extraían para consumo humano y todos saben que esto sucedió por la pesca con red de cerco siendo los mas depredadores los que utilizaron la red anti fango, afectando la pesca de consumo humano, lo que pone en riesgo la
lucha contra la desnutrición infantil. </p>
