<p>En primer lugar gracias por permitirme dirigirme a todos los miembros de tan prestigiosa pagina y así mismo con la congoja y tristeza ante la partida al encuentro con DIOS TODOPODEROSO de nuestro amigo y colega VICTOR RAUL VERGARAY EYZAGUIRRE, acaecido en
la ciudad de Lima, el día 7 de los corrientes, Q.E.P.D. y D.D.G.</p>
<p>Con atención leo opiniones acerca del perfil que tiene que poseer el Profesional para su presentación como concursante a la convocatoria para DIRECTOR EJECUTIVO DE SANIPES, desde Luis Pascual Merino, Romulo Loayza, Arturo Cardenas , entendible y razonable
las posiciones pero no he leído propuesta alguna SOBRE PROMOVER A UN PROFESIONAL QUE ESTE LABORANDO EN LA PROPIA INSTITUCIÓN y QUIEN MEJOR QUE EL y estoy por seguro que conoce al dedillo la PROBLEMÁTICA INTERNA COMO INSTITUCIÓN y por supuesto con la experiencia
sobre la PROBLEMÁTICA DEL ADMINISTRADO me estoy refiriendo a las PLANTAS DE PROCESAMIENTO, el perfil del profesional que se requiere es experiencia mas en el sector PRIVADO que el Publico, puesto que la ADMINISTRACIÓN PUBLICA ESTA MUY CUESTIONADA por la CORRUPCIÓN,
los conocimientos básicos OPERATIVOS DE PROCESOS DE EXTRACCIÓN, MANIPULEO, TRANSFORMACIÓN E INOCUIDAD DE ELABORACIÓN DE ALIMENTOS PARA CONSUMO HUMANO, y su COMERCIALIZACIÓN. </p>
<p>PORQUE TIENE QUE SER NECESARIAMENTE UN PROFESIONAL EXTERNO A FIN DE LA CONVOCATORIA Y NO DE OTORGAR LA OPORTUNIDAD AL PROFESIONAL CON TRAYECTORIA INTERNA.</p>

Estimo que es exageradamente presumido señalar que un Ingeniero Pesquero es el único

con las competencias para desempeñar las funciones de Director Ejecutivo del <br>
SANIPES, y se cuestiona que en un momento estuvo un Biólogo Pesquero y una Ingeniera
<br>
Alimentaria ya fueron Directores y que hicieron?. Coincido que el Director <br>
Ejecutivo del SANIPES sea un profesional con experiencia en el área y en la <br>
administración publica, pero que la selección sea lo mas rigurosa y transparente, ya
<br>
que el gran problema en nuestro país, radica en este segmento del proceso. Por <br>
ejemplo, conozco muchos Ingenieros Pesqueros y Biólogos Pesqueros que se <br>
desempeñaron como Directores de DIREPROs, designados por favor político o de <br>
amistad, con pésimo desempeño, pero no puedo condenar a las profesiones por culpa de
<br>
esta cultura del favoritismo. Apostemos por la transparencia y veremos que <br>
tendremos resultados exitosos.<br>
