<p>Roma, Italia.- La acuicultura en Latinoamérica y El Caribe incrementó su contribución a la producción pesquera regional de 4.1% en el año 2000 a 20.5% en el año 2014. La región contribuye con el 3.8% de la producción mundial en términos de volumen, pero con el 10.7% en términos de valor, destaca un nuevo informe de FAO.</p>

<p>Puno, Perú (Radio Onda Azul).- El presidente de la Federación de Productores de Trucha de la región Puno, Rogelio Segura Laurente, señaló que los responsables que están a cargo de los estudios de pre inversión del proyecto “Mejoramiento de la Cadena Productiva de Truchas en el Lago Titicaca y la región Puno”, hasta el momento no pueden concluir con su trabajo, a pesar que fue anunciado en varias oportunidades por el gobernador regional Juan Luque Mamani.</p>
