<b>El MONSTRUO llego hace rato, desde que comenzamos a elegir a autoridades sin criterio y corruptas que no les interesó el porvenir ni la seguridad de la gente que lo eligió.</b>
<div><b>Referente el poco espacio que existiría en Lima y provincias para evacuar a los ciudadanos que lo perdieron todo, ojala el gobierno se anime a construir departamentos y comenzar a crecer hacia arriba. Corea del Sur seria un buen aliado para este proyecto.</b></div>

<div>El efecto de los volcanes submarinos sobre la temperatura del mar, es una hipótesis antigua. Pero sigue siendo hasta hoy una hipótesis nada mas. Por mas respetables que sean quienes creen en ella. Que hay que estudiarla, por supuesto que si. Una mente
científica siempre debe ser abierta. La ciencia no puede vivir en el mundo de lo absoluto.</div>

<div>Me parece increíble que ahora salgan eruditos a hacer predicción y cuando los modelos estadísticos de predicción del fenómeno del niño han fracasado.</div>
<div>Es irresponsable emitir pronunciamientos sin bases científicas y si lo tiene que lo muestre y lo exponga ante la comunidad pesquera agrícola. </div>
<div>El año pasado imarpe dijo mega niño y se contrajo las inversiones ,en todos sectores agropecuarios. </div>
<div>Se retomaron las inversiones a fines del 2016 y nadie dio voces de alarma por este famoso niño costero que nadie puede explicar cual es su origen. Y se ha perdido todas la produccion de concha de abanico de Sechura ,por que los organismo de prevencion
no alertaron en forma oportuna. </div>
<div>Es mi opinión salvo mejor parecer.</div>
