<p>Lima, Perú.- El Fondo Nacional de Desarrollo Pesquero – FONDEPES, Organismo Público Ejecutor del Ministerio de la Producción viene trabajando en la viabilidad de desarrollar nuevos paquetes tecnológicos de peces marinos de importancia comercial, identificando entre ellas a la <strong>Corvina (<em>Cilus gilberti</em>)</strong>. Esta especie dado su alto valor comercial y demanda en el mercado nacional, ha permitido posicionarlo como preferencia para los consumidores nacionales. Esta situación ha generado un mayor esfuerzo de su captura, originando una disminución considerable de la biomasa disponible en el mar peruano de este importante recurso pesquero.</p>

<p>Caracas, Venezuela (AVN).- El ministro de Pesca y Acuicultura, Gilberto Pinto Blanco, durante una inspección realizada a contenedores de camarones, en el puerto de Maracaibo, denunció las irregularidades cometidas por la empresa privada Inversiones Xiomara Elena, dedicada a la cría, cultivo y comercialización de camarones en el estado Zulia.</p>

<p>Bolívar, Venezuela (Prensa Insopesca).- A fin de potenciar la acuicultura en Venezuela, el equipo regional del Instituto Socialista de la Pesca y Acuicultura (Insopesca) en el estado Bolívar, realizó acompañamiento técnico a las comunidades para la repoblación de <strong>10 mil alevines</strong> de distintas especies en el Río Orinoco. Esta iniciativa forma parte de las acciones que adelanta el Ministerio del Poder Popular de Pesca y Acuicultura (MinPesca) a fin de incrementar espacios piscícolas como una fuente generadora de alimentos pesqueros para los hogares venezolanos.</p>

<p>El Salvador.- En el marco del programa de Agricultura Familiar impulsado por el gobierno, el Presidente Salvador Sánchez Cerén junto a la embajadora de China Taiwán, Florencia Miao-hung Hsie, entregaron bolsas de <strong>alevines de tilapia</strong> a 14 agricultores del municipio de Panchimalco, con el propósito de incentivar la producción de estos alimentos.</p>
