Porque? Quizás solo los intervinieron por no pagar coima? En Chile a todas las lanchas ilegales las desguazan y en Peru les quitan la pesca muy pocas veces y luego las premian dándoles permisos de pesca. Personalmente creo que el esfuerzo ha sido muy débil y no veo medidas contundentes para combatir la ilegalidad.
