<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Cuando Ud. afirma que el segmento mas débil del Sector Pesquero son los Pescadores Industriales, o falta a la verdad o peca de ignorancia en el tema.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Creo que debe conocer que el Pescador es el mas beneficiado cuando existe buena temporada y sus ingresos pueden demostrar lo que digo.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">En realidad Sr. Vieira, los mas débiles son los que trabajamos en Plantas CHI y CHD, debido a que si se viene una paralización integral, también cerraran las Plantas Harineras y Enlatadoras y nosotros ya no tenemos
CTS ni AFP, ni mucho menos tarjetas de crédito ó débito con los que - mediante financiamiento caro y largo - podríamos mantenernos estos 6 Meses de inusitada pero consciente paralización.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Los trabajadores en tierra no poseemos esas facilidades de créditos, tarjetas, CTS o AFP por cobrar, los Profesionales, Técnicos, Operadores y Fileteros(as), seremos paralizados en nuestras labores y por Normas
de Paralización Perfecta de Labores, nos iremos a nuestra casas a hibernar junto con toda nuestra familia durante ese tiempo.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Como esta situación se ha presentado por primera vez, ya pues Sr. Vieira hay que quemar mas neuronas para que los paliativos sean para todos y no para una parte del Sector -los pescadores - tan siempre protegidos
en este tipo de problemas.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">A pensar en todos Señor Vieira por favor, sino viene una crisis Social que ya se inició en Chimbote con el cierre temporal - o tal vez definitivo- de algunas Plantas CHD.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">VISITE CHIMBOTE PUES SEÑOR VIEIRA. HAY QUE DEJAR DE VEZ EN CUANDO SU MULLIDO SILLÓN CONGRESAL E INTEGRARSE A LA REALIDAD.ES SU DEBER Y PARA ESO LO CONTRATAMOS COMO CONGRESISTA MEDIANTE NUESTRO VOTO.</p>
