<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">El único blasón que esgrimió siempre es el ser descendiente de pesqueros o de personas que -dignamente- vivían o viven de la pesca y sus conexos.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Vieira es un mitómano y es incendiario, miren se acercó a algunas representaciones del Sector para querer manejar el Vice Ministerio de Pesquería y no lo consiguió.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Luego quiso auparse él mismo para ocupar el cargo y salió a la palestra periodística Nacional como abanderado del tema de los enlatados Chinos contaminados con anisakis. Pero por si intrascendencia y poco conocimiento
del tema pesquero en lo referente a Inocuidad y a Normatividad, solo fue un fútil enciende y apaga de sus verdaderos y oscuros intereses.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Lo he invitado a visitar Chimbote y premiarnos con una Conferencia de Prensa para alimentar nuestra ignorancia en temas Pesqueros y ni siquiera ha respondido la deferencia.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Vieira debe saber o le pongo en su conocimiento que, si se siente en el Congreso, representante del Sector Pesquero Nacional, debe estar consciente que CHIMBOTE significa el 65% de la cosa pesquera Nacional, en
lo que se refiere a la Extracción, Procesamiento, Comercialización, Ejecución y Cumplimiento de toda la Normativa emanada por la Administración Pública- Pesquera en general.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Por eso exigimos y aguardamos su presencia, para enriquecernos con su capacidad y conocimiento de los temas que nos atañen y necesitan acción y solución inmediata.</p>
