y largo plazo, que apoye a los propietarios de esas Embarcaciones, a ubicar nichos en el mercado interno y externo, para - según sea el caso - colocar los productos procesados con ANCHOVETA para CHD (fresco, refrigerado, congelado, curado, enlatado, en pastas,
embutidos, hamburguesas, albóndigas, etc.).</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Sino el Estado, a través de su pésima política y desconocimiento absoluto de esta problemática, va a seguir - impunemente - aprobando cuotas de ANCHOVETA para procesamiento de productos para CHD.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">¿ACASO EL GOBIERNO A TRAVES DEL ENTE ADMINISTRADOR, NO SABE QUE DE LAS 300,000 TM DE ANCHOVETA, AUTORIZADA PARA SU PROCESAMIENTO EN CHD este año 2017, solamente alcanzará a procesar y con mucho esfuerzo quizás
75,000 tm?. ¿ Y el resto a donde se está yendo?.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> Fácil deducción. Entonces, así como se autoriza una cuota de 6'000,000 de TM/Año al Sector Industrial, oxigenemos al Sector CHD con algo de ANCHOVETA para ese propósito. Un pelo de una frondosa melena del CHI
no va a afectar este rubro industrial.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> A las pruebas remitámonos. La que languidece hace casi una década es el sector CHD. No apoyemos su quiebra sino mas bien apoyémoslo con lógica y mesura.
