<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">A ver, estas convocando a pescadores y Armadores Artesanales a refundar la Industria Pesquera de los Alimentos en Conservas, Congelados y Ahumados.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Me parece fuera de todo contexto este tema amigo, debido a que si el 30% del pescador Artesanal tiene una refrigeradora en casa es bastante exagerado, y una planta artesanal de envasado de pescado en vidrio, o
una planta de ahumado llega al 0% en caso de los Artesanales.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> Si apenas en los DPA, existe una infraestructura de congelado y almacenamiento en frío totalmente insuficiente, sino en estas épocas estas DPA hubieran servido como algo de solución.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Tanto que te escucho comentar del boom Atunero. ¿ y por que no se lanza y se ejecuta como tal? : simplemente por no tener infraestructura de almacenamiento en frio. Nada mas.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Es inútil querer refundar "con inteligencia", temas y Sectores, (específicamente en el Perú) que ni técnica, ni económica, ni estructural ni coyunturalmente tiene idea de lo que propones a la pesquería artesanal
Peruana. </p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">¿Tu sabes la cantidad de capacidad, conocimiento, adiestramiento, infraestructura y sobre todo capacitación y tiempo que emerge realizar este sueño?. un par de décadas asumo.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Es como alguna vez un "visionario" conservero dijo que los 5 Millones de Toneladas de ANCHOVETA que procesan las Plantas de Harina de Pescado y Aceite, se procesaran en conservas, alcanzando a producir casi 360
Millones de cajas de conservas de Anchoveta. Sin tener en consideración los hábitos alimenticios, la infraestructura en Planta y en tierra para realizar esta visionaria pero imposible tarea, es decir, implementar Muelles, Plantas de proceso, transportes, comunicaciones
y sobre todo MERCADO. Pero ya sabrás que este sueño quedó en eso : en sueños solamente.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Hay mucho que hacer en el tema de la pesca artesanal y sus métodos y aparejos de pesca. Y sobre todo en su FORMALIZACION. Es lo primero en lo que debemos invertir y reconvertir este brazo tan golpeado y olvidado
del Sector Pesquero Peruano.</p>
