<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Bajo ningún concepto, se puede ampliar el uso de la ANCHOVETA para CHI, empero, el Gobierno actúa contra la lógica, es decir donde mas refuerza es al tema CHI para seguir manteniendo cuotas y utilidades y buen
vivir de los Empresarios de la Pesca Industrial y su procesamiento en Harina y Aceite de ANCVHOVETA.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Sino, fíjate la última Resolución Ministerial de PRODUCE, que apertura sin mayor análisis; la innovación de la Flota Pesquera Industrial para CHI de un solo plumazo.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">¿Y la tan promovida y cacareada reorganización de la Flota de Menor Escala y Artesanal para CHD?. ¿Y la tan mentada formalización de este Sector CHD, que conllevaba a una Revolución en las Artes, métodos y aparejos
de pesca, y su inserción de sistema de frío para entregar en punto de descarga una Materia Prima de óptima calidad?.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">¿Y la formalización de este Sector, que significaba Derecho Laborales a los Tripulantes, Seguros de Salud y Vida, Utilidades, mejoras en el precio de la ANCHOVETA, mejoras en su extracción, Procesamiento, transporte y
Comercialización?. ¿A donde llegó a parar?.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Siempre voy a estar subrayando este tema Francisco, porque a quien hay que atender, auxiliar, asesorar y, ordenar , capacitar y formalizar, es al Sector CHD. Y de eso creo firmemente que Ud. también está convencido.</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"> </p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Pero seguir apostando fieramente a favor del Sector Industrial, no digo que no está bien, excelente, pero en este tema del manejo de la ANCHOVETA en forma equitativa, sustentable, sostenible y Legal SIEMPRE debe
primar las iniciativas para ejecutar y conseguir mayor cantidad y variedad de productos alimenticios para CHD a partir de la ANCHOVETA.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Otro tema, es seguir navegando y manejando este recurso, solo con intereses particulares.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Creo que es hora de, ya no pensar o proponer - que de eso tememos infinidad de propuestas - sino de apoyar, interactuar y ejecutar en favor del Sector menos favorecido del sistema, que es el Sector CHD.</p>

<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Es solo una propuesta, que creo fervientemente es válida en estas épocas de hambruna , tuberculosis y anemia en nuestra población mas frágil : LOS NIÑOS DEL PERÚ Y EL MUNDO.
