<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 19.9733px;">El Ministerio de la Producción (PRODUCE), a través del Organismo Nacional de Sanidad Pesquera (SANIPES), amplió el plazo de adecuación hasta el 30 de junio
para que los operadores de infraestructura pesquera implementen y cumplan con los requerimientos señalados en el Reglamento Sectorial de Inocuidad para las Actividades Pesqueras y Acuícolas, publicado hoy mediante el Decreto Supremo N° 002-2024-Produce.</span></p>

<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 19.9733px;">Esta medida se otorga luego de que SANIPES identificara en sus actividades de fiscalización que aún existe un grupo de operadores de las infraestructuras pesqueras
y acuícolas que a la fecha no han finalizado con la adecuación a las disposiciones establecidas en el precitado reglamento sectorial.</span></p>

<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 19.9733px;">Es importante señalar que en el reglamento se encuentran los requerimientos sanitarios operativos aplicables a la pesca que permitirán reforzar buenas prácticas
de manipulación a bordo y conservación de los productos de la pesca.</span></p>

<span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: black; line-height: 19.9733px;">En el caso de la acuicultura, se busca que los recursos hidrobiológicos que sean cosechados cumplan con los estándares de inocuidad necesarios para su consumo
directo o posterior procesamiento; y para el caso de las plantas de procesamiento, se elevarán los estándares sanitarios, aumentará la rentabilidad y facilitará el comercio, considerando el cumplimiento de los acuerdos y tratados comerciales suscritos por
el Perú.</span></p>

Inocuidad para las Actividades Pesqueras y Acuícolas a todos los operadores de la cadena productiva del sector.</span></p>
