Sobre el resumen de la referencia permitame agradecerle el hacer de conocmeinto por esta lista, importante informacion, asi mismo expresarle mi reconocimiento, el comentario expresado anteriormente, el texto ni la respuesta no correspondia a la lista, el articulo circulo dentro de algunos miembros de la red HAB/HABPE, que solo dieron el titulo; hoy como pocas veces se colo y para mala fortuna en otro contexto, desforunadamente esa fue la raiz, reiterativamente, por ello las disculpas del caso
