Que tal nombramiento. Jane Lubchenco es un ícono en las ciencias marinas. Se debe marcar un cambio importante ya que la gestión anterior de la NOAA, a cargo del almirante Lautenbacher, fue bastante criticada por permitir la interferencia política en las actividades de investigación científica de la NOAA.
