Que yo sepa nunca antes un científico había ocupado esa posición, pero por su amplia experiencia administrativa anterior sin duda se desempeñará eficazmente a pesar de las limitaciones financieras que padecen las entidades del estado. Precisamente se comentó aquí hace unas semanas que Fondepes podría analizar las bondades y factibilidad técnico-económica de los dispositivos acústicos que se podrían utilizar para ahuyentar a los lobos de las redes de pesca artesanal. Creo que Lucho tiene los contactos internacionales necesarios para buscar una solución a este problema.
