Estimado Francisco,

con relacion al D.S.Nº 005-2012PRODUDE, creo que es coherente con la
realidad de la pesqueria de anchoveta para CHD que se venia realizando por
la flota ex- artesanal, son desiciones politicas que debieron tomarse antes
para no dejar crecer tanto el desorden que en parte tiene
responsabilidad los gobiernos regionales al otorgar derechos de pesca en el
ambito nacional justificando las necesidades de demanda de recursos
hidrobiològicos en su regiòn, como el caso del Gobierno Regional
del Callao.
