Muy buenas tardes, por especial encargo de la Comisión Multisectorial del Estudio Nacional del Fenómeno El Niño ENFEN, hago llegar en adjunto el Comunicado Oficial ENFEN N° 09-2021, aprobado hoy 13 de setiembre del 2021, correspondiente al análisis las condiciones océano atmosféricas, hidrológicas y biológico pesqueras hasta el 9 de setiembre del 2021, así como para actualizar sus perspectivas.
