In terms of investment  in Peru, this one is a big one. Keep the dove in hand but flying away.

The environmental impact assessment requires a lot of communication. All public events outcomes must ge handed to the  EIA process. Look at this in view of the past and present towards the  short, middle and log term pros and cons. NO POLITICS please. It is not a situation of asking but giving.
