[OANNES Foro] Alerta de tsunami en Chile por terremoto en Japón

Porque las instituciones a cargo levantaron la alerta de Tsunami y la
crecida+llena+tsunami entro media hora después y durante la manana del
sábado....??? Falta de Información???
