[OANNES Foro] En el Peru se manejaba bien el recurso merluza

Muy bien Lucho !!! Hay que insistir en el cambio de forma de trabajar de
las autoridades, tiene que ser por inmersión y con conocimiento pleno de lo
que hacen. Como dicen, una cosa es con guitarra y otra con cajón.
