fish keeping the market rates almost at the same level when fishing ban was

Mangalore coast have been getting a bumper catch of mackerel and carangid,
but rest of the boats have been either returning empty or catch just enough
to recover fuel cost...

*Odisha: Fisherman arrested from Bhitarkanika*
