Se hace, pero no bien, muchos conocemos que las embarcaciones anchoveteras
han estado devolviendo al mar la peladilla para no ser sancionados en los
puertos y si es pesca acompañante que supera los límites también, Decir que
se hace es una cosa, pero no se hace bien, esa es la diferencia, por tanto
el control debe ser mas efectivo a bordo.
