Perhaps we can assist in the privatization of ENAPU ! 

Even more important is the freedom of the Artesanale vessels to fish from the coast to 50  miles as this small suppliers of fish are offering daily the food of the people at moderate prices , to limit this catagory is a MISTAKE  !
